Your emotions represent your spiritual navigational system. When you honor your emotions, you can hear your soul’s guidanance. Activities, habits or behaviors that numb or distract you from your emotions can be a sign of resistance. Go through the following list and check the ones that apply to you:
Your answers may awaken your buried need for a healthy release:
Eating when your not hungry
Sleeping more than usual
Nonstop activity
Too much television or internet surfing
Obsessive thinking
Depression
Bodily symptons, ie., aches, pains fatigue, illness
Lack of motivation
Feeling stuck
Paralyzing fear
Consuming desire to control or change people or situations
Unhealthy habits or addictions
Practice effective release
There are five common denominators for effective release:
Acknowledge the resistance
Allow it to be
Intend to discharge it
Activate the release through words or action
Seek spiritual guidance for deep rooted issues

I would like guidance. In so many ways 7 or 8 of the above the answer is yes I have that problem.Eating when your not hungry
