It not only released the past, but opened the door of forgiveness. The key to your success!</p>
<p>Many Angels, Principalities and Ascended Masters were present to assist in releasing all issues. I was in awe of their beauty and unconditional love as they attended to each and everyone present by cleaning, clearing, and opening your heart centers instilling forgiveness. They really know how to work a room!! The Reiki energy assisted in breaking through stagnant blockages and then shifted into balancing your chakra’s (energy) centers. Please consider a salt mineral bath, smudge (burn sage) and resting your body by going to bed early for the next 2 weeks.</p>
<p>Please do not dwell on.. or loop back into any of your concerns or past issues from your list. This releasing process, depending on your circumstances, may take up to a month or two. You may even feel exhausted or just tired. This is normal and actually a very good symptom! This means by attending this event you have reclaimed your power to find new solutions to clear out your past and stop repeating old patterns. You’re opening your life to the new and promising road ahead.</p>
<p>If you find yourself looping back, focus on the intellectual Aquarian energy by responding instead of reacting. This full moon promises the energy to assist you analytically instead of emotionally. Focus on setting a new vision or goal for yourself.</p>

<p>Have you asked yourself?&#8230;“<em>What have I been made aware of through this shift and healing event that I need to change about myself”?</em></p>
<p>Now is the time to focus on removing all emotional responses from your internal dialog.  Be truthful with yourself, open your heart and mind while setting this intention. You will experience a strong sense of accomplishment and the drive to finally move forward to achieve your goals.</p>
<p>This full moon cycle moving in Aquarius offers a wonderful opportunity to release all the issues that came up for you during the past two July eclipses. Your emotions will now move into intellectual thoughts giving you the experience to become the conscious observer in your life. Take advantage of this powerful opportunity to lighten your load. <em> </em></p>
<p>From today moving into the full moon event on Sunday, July 25, 2010, take the time to write down all your old pains, any resistance to change, past buried issues, even anger if applicable and prepare to “burn” your list after the moon is full.</p>

In actuality, all souls are perfectly pure and complete. However, many things can mask the expression of the soul.</p>
<p>It is common to confuse your emotions with the soul, as though they were the same. Your spirit is the one perfect, unchangeable part of you. Your feelings, on the other hand fluctuate constantly.</p>
<p>Your soul is like pure water contained in a glass. You can mix many things into the water, but it always remains water.</p>
<p>When people speak of a good soul or a bad one, they usually base this judgment on a person’s emotional expression rather than on the soul. A good soul generally refers to someone who exhibits a bright, positive personality.</p>
<p>By contrast, hardened criminals might be called bad souls, because they succumb to their darkest impulses. Yet, neither kind of person has an unhealthy soul. Someone may have an unhealthy mind but that does not affect the condition of the soul. Even the most unpleasant, anti-social person possesses a brilliant and beautiful spirit.</p>
<p>For this reason, I recommend letting your soul rather than your emotions be the controlling element in your life.</p>
<p>Through spiritual guidance, healing, meditation and breathing, you can rid yourself of these emotions. If you can peel away the layers, you can ask yourself what makes you truly, not temporarily, happy.</p>

More often than not, however, vacations turn into a whirlwind series of days in which we try to pack in as many “fun” activities as we can for ourselves and our families. We get even less sleep than we do at home and get upset when things do not go as planned. We return even more tired and stressed than when we left. To avoid common vacation stressors and have a true vacation, follow these tips.</p>
<p><strong>Set an intention. </strong>Plan consciously to enjoy your well deserved vacation before the time comes. Tick off the days on your calendar until you leave, talk out loud about how excited you are to be going away, and consciously look forward to a truly restful but fun adventure away from home.</p>
<p><strong>Start packing several days before you leave. </strong>Select, fold, and put aside the outfits you plan to wear. Do not wait until the last minute to pack, and do not pack too much! You will likely end up wearing your most comfortable shorts and t-shirt more frequently than you think.</p>
<p><strong>Avoid overextending yourself before vacation. </strong>Plan to get several good nights of sleep before leaving. Do not cram in extra-long hours at the office in anticipation of your absence. If you have trouble sleeping, consider Melatonin, an over-the-counter supplement that is most effective on a short term basis for sleeping difficulties due to jet lag. There are several herbs that are helpful for sleep, such as valerian and chamomile, which have a calming effect.</p>
<p><strong>Make your room as familiar and comfortable as your home.</strong> Bring your most comfortable pajamas, your own pillow if possible, and relaxing music. Often the front desk can provide a CD player if the room does not already have one.</p>
<p><strong>Be patient and “roll with the punches.” </strong>Inevitably, things will happen that may be contrary to your well-laid plans. If there are delays or you have to wait in line, first, accept it as being inevitable and then use the opportunity to do something. Make sure you have a good summer read with you. Welcome unscheduled “downtime” with your family or travel partners as an opportunity to just be. <strong></strong></p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><a href="http://claritywithlaurenlarsen.com/wp-content/uploads/roadsunlight_thumb.jpg"><img class="alignleft size-medium wp-image-409" title="roadsunlight_thumb" src="http://claritywithlaurenlarsen.com/wp-content/uploads/roadsunlight_thumb-300x202.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="202" /></a>Thank you again to all who attended my event on Sunday, June 27, 2010.  I am honored to have had this opportunity to assist so many of you shift through a very, very busy week beginning with Summer Solstice and ending with a Full Moon Lunar Eclipse. </p>
<p>Honestly, I was captivated and amazed by the energies shifting and changing preparing all of us for this major astrological planetary change. If you weren’t climbing the walls last week wondering what was going on, then you may be from another planet. Eclipses are like wild cards, however this type of energy can help you achieve things that you have only dreamed of. You now have the opportunity to have your best life. Like magic, doors open.. Miracles manifest. Stay steadfast in your convictions and know you will rise to the occasion.</p>
<p>The message I received to share was quite clear. But first…Ask yourself this. “<em>What have I been made aware of through this shift and healing event that I need to change about myself”?</em></p>
<p><em> </em>It is time to release the emotional attachments to your old ways. You will find that your old repetitive behavior will no longer work for you regardless.  So.. <em>Change is present</em>. <em>Embrace it</em>.  It is up to you whether you choose to be aware and make change, however, know if ignored, change that is inevitable will occur anyway. Do it on your own terms. Otherwise the universe will make it happen and not necessary in a manner that is comfortable for you. This is what is known as a crisis moment. A simple example of this might be, “Why this happening to me?”or“ Life’s not fair”.  I am sure, as you are, that we have all “been there”, “done that”. So take control of your life. Be productive and useful. Set your goals, make a plan to create your best life, buy that new suit, and follow your instinct. You may just get that dream job you always wanted. When you flow with synchronicity you will find the necessary tools, assets, gifts and opportunities to help you.</p>
<p>The second message I received to share&#8230; This new found awareness will come through others.  This was the most exciting message I received as I realized I am your &#8220;<em>agent of change&#8221;</em>. During the healing, I removed all your blockages and cleansed old emotions that no longer serve you. Its your time to begin with a clean slate and seek the truth in what&#8217;s real or not in your life.  Stay aware of your foundation and address each obstactle that may arise one step at a time. Initiating new action will be easier than usual after having this healing.</p>
<p>I thoroughly enjoyed healing all of you as a collective energy. Many of you came forward as well, but know you all received the same benefit.</p>

<p>This is not a telephone or internet session. All you need to do is just relax,  sit or lie down during the session. You can be anywhere and receive energy but it is best to be quiet and open during the session.</p>
<p><strong>What is Reiki and How Does it Work?</strong></p>
<p>Reiki is an ancient form of alternative healing. In recent years it has become a common phenomenon in the world of medicine, health care and relaxation.<br />
People all over the world are now taking an interest in Reiki, a form of hands-on healing. Countless people of all different backgrounds and skills have taken some type of Reiki training.</p>
<p>Today it is very difficult to keep pace with life in the fast lane and this causes a lot of pressure. Corporations are worried about the health of their employees due to the high rate of absence in the office. Many days are taken off because of nervous tension due to stress. Employers are now interested in introducing relaxation techniques such as Reiki in the workplace. Reiki can often be the perfect solution to this problem.</p>
<p><strong><em>How would we define Reiki?</em></strong> People are confused by the pronunciation of Reiki. It’s very simple; you can pronounce Reiki as Ray-Key. The meaning of Reiki is”Universal Energy”. In Chinese the letters Ki is referred to as Chi which actually means energy. Reiki is connected to the energies both inside of us as well as in the world around us.</p>
<p>The way Reiki works lies in the meaning of the word itself. It is based on working with and channeling energy. Some people consider Reiki a spiritual energy.</p>
<p>As Reiki practitioner&#8217;s we work with the energy that is all around us and connect this energy with your energy. This is a process of self healing and it brings a peaceful relaxation to the mind and body. It also keeps any energy source within a person free from any blockage. Whenever any energy flow is blocked, it causes some problem in your body. This energy blockage is usually related to worries and stress and manifests itself in physical problems. As Reiki practitioner&#8217;s we can feel this blockage and know how to send healing energy to clear out the blocks that keep the energy freely flowing.</p>
<p>Reiki is amazingly effective for emotional problems. Sometimes a person can’t express clearly how he feels but he knows something is really burdening his mind. Reiki works well for this type of problem. A few sessions of Reiki can help to unblock the throat and mind energy sources. Once it is cleared the person feels deeply relaxed and can express himself clearly. Physical problems are often related with the emotional problems inside a person’s psyche. The unblocking of these energy centers makes a person emotionally free. This in turn is beneficial in dealing with physical problems. Reiki can reach to the deepest recesses of the mind and helps maintain a proper balance between body and mind.</p>
<p>The impressive thing about Reiki is that it is completely harmless but still has great healing power. It is a great help in stress, panic attacks, depression, anxiety or nervousness. It works by re-balancing the energy within you and soothes your body and mind. Reiki is a holistic method of healing. Reiki practitioners ask their clients to try and find out underlying causes for the symptoms. Even a very small change in lifestyle may be all that is required to cure a patient’s problems.</p>
<p><strong>Experiences during or after a distant Reiki treatment can vary for each person.</strong> Here are a few examples.<br />

<p>Everyone knows the proverb that money makes the world go around. Given how most of us feel about money, this may be only a slight exaggeration. The task of earning and managing money dominates many of our waking hours and our personal relationships are often affected by the intense emotion associated with it. Exploring money and how we relate to it, therefore, feels somewhat like bringing up an uncomfortable topic at a dinner party.</p>
<p>Why bother discussing it then?  Simply put, understanding the principles of money can help you manage your physical, mental and spiritual health.</p>
<p>Money is energy. Each dollar, nickel or penny in your pocket represents a unit of energy, specifically the energy you invested to earn it. You can use that unit of energy to get the things you want and need, things in which other people invested their energy to produce. This energetic nature of money is clearly evident in its development.</p>
<p>The money we earn can serve as an excellent barometer of our current energy conditions. The emotions we experience as we work are stored not just in our bodies, but also in the money we earn. The value of the money we possess infuses with the emotional energy experienced as we earn it. If we hate what we do for a living, our earnings stand for kind of sacrifice. Every paycheck seems diminished because the work never seems equal to the effort. In contrast, when we love what we do, the money takes on very little extra meaning.. it is just money.</p>
<p>Of course, whether earned in suffering or joy, that money does represent a certain value in society. The money we bring in and accumulate allows us to purchase goods and services. We may have positive or negative feelings about the amount of money we have stored, depending on the lifestyle we desire.  The more expensive our target lifestyle, the stronger our feelings about our monetary worth will be and the more intense our feelings if dissatisfaction will be if our earnings do not allow us to afford the lifestyle we desire.</p>
<p>However, we can learn to generate and accumulate money in a way that empowers us. The key is to have a clear and realistic purpose with regard to earning and saving money. Money, like Ki-energy, must circulate to remain healthy. It can be accumulated and stored to increase power. But it must be used or else it will stagnate. To use money does not mean to simply spend it, but rather to invest it. Investing some of your money towards the fulfillment of your life goals keeps it circulating and gathering value.</p>
<p>Ask yourself, “What is the purpose of earning money? Why do I need money?” Draw a clear relationship between money and how you plan to attain your specific goals. As you may have experienced, there are many times when the purpose of earning money is not clear to you as you thought. Money is not an extension of our identity. If we begin to equate our self-worth with our monetary worth, we create a false sense of self. The key is to realize that our true selves are far more powerful than any amount of status gained through money, and that money is simply an energetic tool to be used for the creation of a purposeful life.</p>
<p>Just as we can break the connection between our identity and our earnings by investing in the fulfillment of our life goals, we can dissipate the undercurrent of fear in our transactions by making sure our regular expenses do not exceed our regular income. This is commonly called budgeting. For a budget to reduce anxiety, it must not be designed out the same fear already connected to how you spend money. The start of this process is very simple, just pay at least as much attention to the energy half of your transactions as you do the monetary half.</p>
<p>You have already taken the first step; the <em>awakening </em>that money is energy. With this insight, practice paying attention to how you feel when you deal with money. Continue watching until you can see your behaviors, actions, and feelings around money. For the sake of your budget, write them down. Record how you actually spend your money and what you feel during each transaction. Then comes the hard part, <em>accept</em>. Without judgment,<em> accept</em> that this record of your expenses reflects your current spending habits and the emotional attachments related to them. Once you have completely exposed your relationship to how you spend your money, you can <em>choose </em>with confidence how you want to spend it going forward.</p>
<p>Ultimately the goal here of exploring money as energy is not just about improving our relationship with money; it is about empowering ourselves to create more fulfilling lives. The missing link between a renewed awareness of money’s energetic nature and living a more fulfilling life understands the source of the fears surrounding money. All of our fears around money are based on a simple, yet powerful belief, that the resources of the world are scarce, that there is not enough for everyone.</p>
<p>The catch is that it is hard to truly live in abundance with habits formed in scarcity. The tendency to hoard money rather than gather and circulate it is the biggest of these habits. Look again at your attitudes toward earning, saving and spending money and see if a belief in scarcity helps explain any anxiety you feel. The biggest paradox with the philosophy of a scarcity is that it is a self-fulfilling one. The fear of not having enough leads people to take more than they need and to hoard energy in all forms, which leads to the uneven distribution of wealth that plagues our world.</p>
<p>Once you remove this anxiety, and the related impulse to hoard, you can feel confident in using and consuming just enough. The moment you feel you or your family might go without, the urge to hoard arises immediately. Resist the urge and practice instead the techniques of money management based on the principles of energy. If you pay attention to your body and your soul, you will know when you have enough, in any given energy transaction. Living so that you use and consume only as much as you need to fulfill your commitments and life goals begins to create abundance.</p>
<p>As more and more of us subscribe to the belief in abundance, and manage our consumption accordingly, we will ensure that there is enough for everyone. As you master living in abundance, you will find that your capacity for peace, joy and fulfillment will expand.</p>

<p>Spring is a time for renewal, but for people who suffer from seasonal allergies, it can mean renewed suffering due to constant sneezing, a runny nose and itchy, watery eyes. Fortunately there are healthy, drug –free alternatives for treating and alleviating these symptoms if you are willing to make changes in your diet, lifestyle and state of mind.</p>

<p><strong>Daily Diligence</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Avoid tobacco smoke and alcohol, which irritate the lungs and eyes. Alcohol increases the production of mucous.</li>
<li>Spend as little time as possible outdoors and keep windows and doors shut during the day. If you must be outdoors, limit it to the morning and evening rather than midday, when grasses pollinate.</li>
<li>Upon coming in from outside, shower and wash your clothes to remove pollen.</li>
<li>Avoid doing yard work; if you do, wear a mask and goggles.</li>
<li>Avoid hanging laundry outside; pollen gathers on clothing and linens.</li>
<li>Keep pets inside or outside; they bring pollen indoors with them.</li>
<li>Buy a good-quality air purifier and filter</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Herbal Help</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Place slices of cool cucumber over the eyes to help relieve itchy, red eyes; alternate them with steeped, cooled black tea bags.</li>
<li>Place eucalyptus oil in a humidifier and inhale its vapor or add it to your bath water to help relieve congestion; the oil is available at health food stores.</li>
<li>Use a Neti Pot, an Ayurvedic device that helps cleanse allergens from the mucous membranes in the nose, providing relief from sinus congestion. Also available at health food stores.</li>
<li>Eyebright, yarrow and stinging nettle liquid extracts help relieve hay fever symptoms; 20-30 drops twice daily is recommended.</li>
<li>Take 1,000 mg of the flavonoids Hesperidin and Quercitin, which provide an antihistamine effect.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Dietary Do’s</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Consume magnesium-rich foods such as bananas, kidney beans, soybeans, almonds and brown rice.</li>
<li>Horseradish is excellent for a runny nose and congestion. Use it as much as you can stand, as a condiment.</li>
<li>Eat foods rich in sulphur, such as onions, and garlic, which help thin mucous.</li>
<li>Consume yogurt. Homemade yogurt is ideal but any soured products consumed three times per week can greatly reduce the incidence of hay fever attacks, particularly those exacerbated my grass pollens.</li>
<li>Avoid cakes, pies, chocolate, coffee, dairy products, canned or packaged foods, soda pop, sugar, white flour products or any junk food; they suppress the immune system.</li>
</ul>

<p>The following exercise is not to see how well you can track your thinking or feelings, but to give you the experience of being the conscious observer of yourself. Believe it or not, you are the thinker, not your thoughts or feelings.</p>
<p>Go to your sacred space. Plan to sit comfortably, undisturbed for 15 minutes and complete the following excerise:</p>
<ul>
<li>Take a few slow, deep breaths.</li>
<li> Turn your attention to your thoughts. If you are dealing with an emotional issue, focus on that emotion.</li>
</ul>
<p>Instead of getting caught up in your thoughts or feelings as you would usually do, watch them closely. For example, if you where a tennis player watching the ball or an artist painting a canvas. If you find your attention wandering, come back to the task at hand.</p>
<p>At first, your mind may seem like wall to wall thoughts or emotions, and you may have difficulty determining where one thought leaves off and the next one begins. You may also find that certain thoughts or emotions keep recurring like a popular song. For example, repetitive worries or your favorite images or fantasies. If you’re especially attentive, you may begin to notice that each thought or emotion has its own parts, including a beginning, middle and an end.</p>
<ul>
<li>At the end of the 15 minutes, stop and reflect on your experience.</li>
</ul>
<p>Did you experience some “distance” from your thoughts or emotions? Or did you keep losing yourself in the thinking process?</p>
<p>As you begin to gain some perspective on your thoughts through the practice of meditation, you will find that they start losing the power they once had over you. You can have your thoughts and feelings, but they won’t have you.</p>
<p><strong>What is the difference between thoughts and feeling?</strong></p>
<p>Feelings occur as a set of recognizable sensations in your body. When you’re angry, for example, you may feel tension in your shoulders and jaw and experience a rush of energy in the back of your head. When you’re sad, by contrast, you may feel heaviness in your chest and heart. Through meditation, you can discover how to experience your feelings directly as sensations, separate from thoughts and stories that perpetuate them.</p>
<p>Thoughts are the images, memories, beliefs, judgments and reflections that float through your mind and often give rise to your feelings. If you follow the word “feel” with “like”, you’re probably voicing a thought or a belief, rather than a feeling. You can practice breaking strong feelings down into their component parts by asking, what are the thoughts and images in my mind that keep me feeling the way I do? What am I actually experiencing in my body right now, aside from my thoughts?</p>
<p>Thoughts not only generate feelings, they often masquerade as feelings, (so you won’t actually feel the ones you have) attempt to talk you out of your feelings, judge your feelings, or suppress them entirely. The more you can recognize your thoughts and feelings, the more clearly and consciously you can relate with and express your inner experience and hear your true self.</p>
